Welcome to the Bowmont Seniors Assistance Association!

Seniors Helping Seniors

The Board of Directors welcomes you to the Bowmont Seniors Assistance Association.  Over our Association’s 45 year history as a group of volunteers in the Bowness, Montgomery and Greenwood Village areas of Northwest Calgary, we have always been seniors helping seniors.  The Board works diligently to help seniors by addressing issues of particular concern to them and assisting in creating community solutions so that they may live healthy, comfortable and dignified lives.
